The first Hello Kitty x McDonald’s collaboration took place in 1999, when McDonald’s introduced this Hello Kitty and Dear Daniel “Love McKitty” Plush. The name “Love McKitty” came from “戀愛麥語” the slogan from McDonald’s advertisement. The term, “戀愛” means “to be in love” and “麥” means “Mc- in Chinese” and “語” means “language.” If you put it all together you get “love, mc, language,”  a better translation is probably, “Love McKitty!” Special thanks to Helena for this awesome collection <3

I love this collection! It’s so cute..I can’t pick out my favorite set! If I really had to choose, I guess I will have to choose the Hello Kitty and Dear Daniel in School Uniform. I really like that fact the Hello Kitty can attend school with Dear Daniel :D Which one is your favorite?
